These Terms of Use apply to websites and apps published by Tune My Space LLC, including Tune My Space Apps and GainSprout.

Use of our apps

You agree to use our apps only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the security, availability, or normal operation of the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account login information secure and for activity that occurs through your account.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some apps may offer paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, or paid features. When purchases are made through the Apple App Store, payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed by Apple according to Apple’s policies and your Apple ID settings.

Apple standard EULA

For apps distributed through the Apple App Store, unless a separate custom license agreement is provided in App Store Connect, the app is licensed under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Our apps are provided as practical software tools. They are not medical, legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

Changes to the service

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when needed to improve the app, maintain security, comply with law, or operate the business.
