Account Deletion

This page explains how users can request deletion of an account and associated app data for GainSprout.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@tunemyspace.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” Include the app name and the email address associated with your account.

What happens after a request

We will use reasonable steps to verify that the request is coming from the account owner. After verification, we will delete or de-identify account information and app data that we are not required to retain for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, billing, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Subscription note

Deleting an app account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple. If you subscribed through the App Store, manage or cancel the subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Where an app supports account creation, the app should also provide an in-app way to start account deletion. This web page is provided as an additional public support reference.
